1. Service Description

PrintMakerAI is a web-based service that converts natural language descriptions into validated, 3D-print-ready STL files. The service uses AI to generate geometry, validate printability, and export models optimized for FDM 3D printers.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must create an account to use PrintMakerAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate models beyond your plan limits
  • Resell access to the service without written permission

Weapons & Prohibited Items — Zero Tolerance

PrintMakerAI strictly prohibits the design, generation, or attempted generation of weapons, weapon components, firearm parts, suppressors, explosive devices, or any object primarily intended to cause bodily harm. This includes but is not limited to firearms, knives designed as weapons, brass knuckles, and any item regulated under federal, state, or local weapons laws.

Enforcement: Attempts to generate prohibited items are logged and reviewed. Users found to be repeatedly attempting weapon-related designs will receive a warning on first offense. A second offense results in permanent account termination with no refund. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to law enforcement where required by law.

Legitimate use cases such as tool holders, equipment mounts, or protective cases are permitted. If you are unsure whether your design falls within acceptable use, contact us before generating.

4. Intellectual Property

Your models: You own the 3D models generated from your prompts. You may use, modify, sell, or distribute them freely.

Our service: The PrintMakerAI software, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of PrintMakerAI. Your right to use the service is limited to the license granted by your subscription.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrintMakerAI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for failed prints, material waste, printer damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Generated models are validated for common print issues, but we cannot guarantee success on every printer configuration.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but you retain ownership of any models you have already downloaded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
