Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by PrintMaker AI LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company.

1. Free Tier

Free-tier accounts are not charged. No refunds are applicable to the free tier. If you are on the free tier and believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected]. Include your account email and the date of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund within 10 business days.

4. Service Outages

If PrintMakerAI experiences a service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours during your billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to your next billing cycle. Credits are calculated based on the duration of the outage relative to your billing period. Contact us to request an outage credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge in question
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
